What is Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)?
VRI uses videoconferencing technology to provide you with an accredited Auslan interpreter via the internet.
Video remote interpreting allows you to see and talk to an interpreter without being in the same room, or even in the same city. Through using VRI, you are able to access services and information previously unavailable due to location, limited access to interpreters or time constraints.
At Auslan Connections, we aim to provide you with access to interpreters in a way that suits your needs.
VRI is an innovative option in situations where a on site interpreter may be difficult to arrange due to time or travel. VRI is a perfect interpreting option for short and simple appointments and meetings.
The choice is yours.
